HOW DOES IT WORK?

  • HOW MUCH CAN I EARN?
    How much you earn is based on how much Helium ($HNT) your hotspot earns during the week. We will pay you every Friday without fail no matter how big or small your rewards are. Hotspots can earn anywhere from 1-100+ HNT a month and we give our hosts 50% of the rewards on a weekly basis.
  • HOW MUCH POWER AND DATA DOES A HOTSPOT CONSUME?
    The hotspot uses roughly the same amount of energy as an LED lightbulb and uses roughly 200 times less bandwidth than streaming a full length movie on Netflix. The cost to you for the miner is practically non-existent.
  • WHAT ARE THE HOTSPOTS USED FOR?
    While many of the use cases for this network have not yet been invented, some that are live today are things such as: package tracking, wildfire detecting sensors, e-scooter location tracking and many more.
  • IS MY PERSONAL DATA SAFE & PRIVATE?
    100% Your network is completely separate from the hotspot, and the hotspot only needs the internet to send encrypted data back to its servers and maintain a live view of the whole network. Every data packet the hotspot transmits or receives is fully encrypted end-to-end.
  • IS THIS AN ALTERNATIVE TO WIFI?
    No, it's not for people and their devices. It's for low-power, long-range sensors that send extremely tiny packets of data (for example: temperature readings) to their owners. Hotspots use a protocol called LongFi, which can reach 400x the distance of regular WiFi, to pick up messages from sensors and then act as a bridge to deliver them where they need to go.
  • HOW LONG DOES THE HOTSPOT TAKE TO ARRIVE?
    Once approved we ship out the hotspot to our hosts in 7-10 business days.
  • WHAT'S THE CATCH?
    While it's possible that this is all sounding a little bit too good to be true, we genuinely believe that this is a once-in-a-generation kind of opportunity, and we're excited to share it with you.
